Kris Adriaenssens – Founder & Chairman
Prior to founding Produmex Kris has held a senior management position as Vice President of ABB’s Benelux Automation Division and member of ABB’s Benelux’ Management Team.

In 2004 Kris founded Produmex NV. Kris brings more than 25 years of industry experience in various areas of automation and information management in the petrolium, chemical, life science and consumer industries.

Today as Chairman of the Board, his main responsibilities are strategy development, human resources and corporate finance.

Besides his busy professional schedule, Kris loves sport and good food & wine!

Joris Van Ongevalle – Managing Partner
When Joris started in 2005 at Produmex, he had a long experience in automation, ICT and consulting. Before, Joris was Director for the Belgian office of Locus Warehouse Management Systems. At Arthur Andersen he was in charge of the development of the activities of Supply Chain Execution, Supply Chain Planning & Digital Market.
Today Joris is Managing Partner responsible for the daily management of Produmex. The success of a company can be measured by good references: Joris aspires with Produmex to elaborate together with the customers, partners and suppliers the best solution for each customer and to provide an excellent service. Integrity, knowledge, teamwork and the right state of mind are important values for him.
He likes to take care of his family and besides that, if he’s not working, you’ll probably find him cycling in the Flemish Ardennes.

Karl Juliens – Managing Partner
Karl has a degree in commercial science and specialized in accounting and tax systems. Since 1990 he has a broad experience as accountant/tax specialist and Financial Group Controller in different areas such as international trading, services and food production.
In 2004, since the start of SAP B1 in Belgium, he became a SAP B1 Consultant. His focus was Finance & Project Management and International Roll-outs. Karl shows interests in Business Process Integration for small and medium enterprises as well as Financial Reporting.
Besides working, you can find him with his wife and friends travelling around the world, enjoying gastronomy, exercising sports like squash and going for a ride on his motorbike.
